From Idea to Reality: This is how I started my business on Instagram

Starting a small business is never easy, but it can be an incredibly rewarding experience. This I discovered first-hand when I decided to start my own business of selling customised photo frames on Instagram.

It all began when I was looking for the perfect frame to display a photo of my family. After researching, I realised that there was a gap in the market for high-quality frames at an affordable price. And so, the idea for my business was born.

The first step was to research the market and figure out what kind of frames people were looking for. I spent countless hours scanning online marketplaces and speaking to potential customers to get a sense of what they wanted. I also looked at the competition to see what they were offering and how I could differentiate my product.

Once I had a solid understanding of the market, I set about sourcing materials and finding a manufacturer to produce the raw frames.

With the manufacturing process underway, I turned my attention to branding and marketing. I knew that in order to succeed, I needed to create a brand that people would recognise and trust. So I named my brand “Cherished Captures.”

Next, I created a social media presence for my business, starting with Instagram. This was a great way to showcase my frames and connect with potential customers. I posted high-quality photos of my frames in various settings and used hashtags to reach a wider audience.

As my business grew, I expanded my product line to include a wider range of frame styles and sizes. I also added direct shopping options to my social media profile, making it easy for customers to purchase my frames in just a few clicks.

It’s been six months since I started this business, and I have been generating good revenue. It took a lot of hard work, dedication, and perseverance, but it was all worth it in the end. Today, I am proud to be the owner of a small business.
