We chose Apeejay for Rudra because it is such a well-known school in Jalandhar, and it has definitely lived up to our expectations.

How has Rudra been performing academically?
Rudra is a responsible and sincere child. He recently received the Academic Achiever Award from the school, which we attribute to his dedication and the excellent teaching methods employed by his teachers. Despite not attending any extra classes or coaching, Rudra consistently achieves good grades.

Could you tell us about Rudra’s extracurricular activities at Apeejay?
Rudra is passionate about chess and badminton, both of which he actively participates in at school. Additionally, he enjoys singing, dancing, and acting, often taking part in school functions to pursue his interests.

How had Rudra adapted to online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic?
Initially challenging, the transition to online classes was made smoother by the cooperative efforts of the teachers. Despite his young age, Rudra managed well with online learning, thanks to the support from his teachers and staff, notably Vishal sir, who ensured a comfortable environment for both students and parents.

In what ways has Apeejay School contributed to Rudra’s academic growth?
Apeejay’s approach to education emphasises conceptual clarity over rote learning. Rudra excels in subjects like Maths and Geography, where he actively engages with the material and even surpasses our knowledge in Geography.

How do you manage Rudra’s academic responsibilities alongside your own commitments?
With both parents engaged in their respective businesses, Apeejay’s supportive environment is invaluable. Rudra and his sister are self-driven learners, seeking help from teachers or us only when necessary. The school’s emphasis on self-reliance has been beneficial for our family dynamic.
