It was a moment of immense pride for Apeejay School, Mahavir Marg, Jalandhar, as its young badminton stars delivered an outstanding performance at the CBSE Cluster XVIII Badminton Tournament. The event was held at British Victoria School, Sultanpur Lodhi, Kapurthala.

The tournament saw enthusiastic participation from teams representing Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Amritsar, Pathankot, Ferozepur, Gurdaspur, Kapurthala, and Jammu and Kashmir. This made the tournament highly competitive, bringing together some of the region’s best young badminton talent.

Apeejay School’s players rose to the occasion, bringing home two remarkable achievements for the institution. The Under-17 Boys’ team clinched the Gold Medal, securing a well-deserved place in the CBSE National Badminton Tournament. It was held in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Their victory reflected months of rigorous training, discipline, and sheer determination on the court that mentors at Apeejay gave them.

Adding to the school’s success, the U-14 Girls’ team put up a commendable performance to win the Silver Medal. Throughout the event, both teams showcased impressive skill, resilience, and sporting spirit.
