Apeejay family fondly remembers Dr. Stya Paul on his 13th Punya Tithi

Dr Stya Paul, an eminent industrialist, educationist, philanthropist, and freedom fighter, laid the foundation of the Apeejay Stya Group and Apeejay Education with the aim of imparting quality education and fostering excellence among the youth of the country.

This visionary leader played a pivotal role in establishing the Apeejay Group. He was instrumental in  transforming the educational landscape as he laid the foundation for Apeejay Education and fostered an environment of excellence and innovation. Apeejay institutions across the country continue to make a lasting impact on the education landscape of India.

Thus remembering the noble and great personality on his 13th Punya Tithi, Apeejay School of Management (ASM) and Apeejay Institute of Mass Communication (AIMC), organised a special prayer meeting to celebrate his life achievements and memories.

The special prayer meeting took place in the conference hall of ASM, where faculty members from both the institutes paid a floral tribute.

Dr. Alka Munjal, Director of ASM, commenced the gathering with a brief introduction about the Founder Chairman. This was followed by speeches from Prof. R.P. Hooda, Emeritus Professor with ASM; Prof. Sajal Mukherjee, Director of AIMC; and Prof. Kamal Kishore, Dean of ASM.

While sharing inspiring stories from Dr. Stya Paul ji’s life and work, Dr. Munjal added, “Apeejay Institutions are blessed to have a Founder like Shri Stya Paul ji. He was a true karmayogi, an epitome of values, and an exemplary leader. Madam Sushma Berlia ji is ably carrying forward the rich legacy of her illustrious father. She is a true reflection of her capable father. We all promise on this day that each one of us at ASM Dwarka campus will strive to achieve the goals which our Founder Chairman sir envisioned for us.”

Furthermore, a video showcasing the life and achievements of the esteemed Founder-Chairman was played. The ambiance was filled with soulful bhajans, instilling a sense of energy and inspiring everyone to carry forward Dr. Stya Paul’s dreams for the Apeejay Education.

Concluding the prayer meeting, Dr. Munjal invited all staff members to individually pay tribute to the visionary leader, who had left an indelible mark on the Apeejay institutions and the lives of countless individuals associated with them.
