JEE Advanced 2024 registration are open!

The registration for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2024 is now open, with the process facilitated through the official website, jeeadv.ac.in. The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, which administers the exam, has set the deadline for registration as May 7, 2024, at 5 pm IST. Candidates who have cleared the JEE Main 2024 and rank in the top 2.5 lakh are eligible to apply for JEE Advanced 2024.

Applicants must meet specific eligibility criteria, including being born on or after October 1, 1999, unless they belong to certain categories that allow for a relaxation of up to five years. The registration fee is Rs 3,200 for most candidates, with reduced fees of Rs 1,600 for women and candidates from SC, ST, and PwD categories. Payment can be made through various modes, including debit/credit card, internet banking, UPI, or e-Challan.

The application process involves visiting the JEE Advanced 2024 website, completing the registration form with accurate details, and paying the application fee before the deadline of May 10, 2024. After successful submission, candidates should download and print the Registration Acknowledgement, which includes a unique registration number for future reference.

Important dates to note include the availability of admit cards from May 17 to May 26, 2024, with the examination scheduled for May 26, 2024. The exam consists of two papers held on the same day, with the first paper starting at 9 am and the second paper at 2:30 pm, each lasting for three hours.
