Vanshika Bolia loves influencer marketing. She is the Associate Brand Solutions and Operations Manager at Eleve Media Pvt. Ltd and is committed to learning something new at the workplace every day. In a brief interview, the Apeejay Institute of Mass Communication (AIMC) alumnus mentions how content marketing is the new big thing in the corporate world. Edited excerpts:

What all roles and responsibilities does a day at work entail?

So recently, I have been working on multiple briefs at the same time. It is the festive season, and hence, it has been so hectic. But my team is so helpful. There is a lot of work at this time of the year at the office.

How is the environment at the workplace?

My team is always there for me. My managers requested me to take a day off recently as I was working even on the weekends and that too till the odd hours. They all advised me to maintain my work-life balance. It’s great to be around such people who believe in teamwork and keeping a balance between work and life.

What inspired you to join this field?

The exposure, the opportunity to work with leading brands, and top content creators, especially at a time when the value of content marketing is recognised in the world.

One word of advice for current AIMC students?

Be open to new things! That is a big takeaway. Always keep an open mind and approach the world through an open lens.  Take the challenges!

Where do we see you in the next five years?

Growing with this company. I want to continue to learn, take on additional responsibilities and contribute as much value as possible to the team. I am enjoying learning something new every day.
