Ways to overcome stress!

Nowadays, there are too many challenges and obstacles that students face to cope with the hustle and bustle of life. In order to deal with the daily routine as a student, there is too much work and assignments to be done in the meantime. Thus, this hectic life can lead to stress among the students.
Stress can be defined as a great worry caused by a difficult situation, or something that causes certain conditions such as headaches, minor pains, and sleeping difficulties (Cambridge Dictionary, 2013). According to the World Health Organization (WHO), research findings show that the most stressful type of work is that which values excessive demands and pressures that are not matched to someone’s knowledge and abilities, where there is little opportunity to exercise any choice or control, and where there is little support from others.

There are many kinds of factors that can cause stress . Few factors could be academic deadlines, emotional problems and personal.
There are three easy ways that can be implemented to eliminate stress totally. Firstly, one should get positive thinking into their mind. Do always say that “I can do better as well as the others. Normally, one does not manage their stress well, so they do not have the confidence to overcome it. They think about the pressure, they should not complain about not having enough time. There are various excellent students around who got great result and are involved in other additional skills and sports. So, the main element that a student should have is time management. A timetable arrangement is crucial to enhance their study time, doing assignments, completing activities, sleeping hour, and meal times. They must focus on completing a task given within the time scheduled and don’t try to procrastinate.
Stress is a part of everyday life, but there is good stress and bad stress. The bad stress can be very detrimental to your health. Being able to manage the stress in your life is a very good skill to have. There are many ways that you can manage stress in your life, but I am just going to talk about three. Yoga, reading, and jogging are just a few of the techniques that you can use in order to help relieve stress in your life.
