Success is never gender biased

Women have equal potential as men, but sadly, most are either deprived of resources or are stereotyped to only engage in non-revenue-generating activities.

However today, there are around 13.5 to 15.7 million women-owned enterprises in India, providing direct employment to around 22 to 27 million people. So then why judge a woman? Why put restrictions like this when it has the potential to rise. Some decades ago, women in India were always associated with doing household work. But now, I can see women becoming successful entrepreneurs.

Success never creates a bias between men and women, but comes to those who do hard work. Earlier, women used to take permission from their families to do any work. But now they are taking a lead and holding every job from being a housewife to an entrepreneur. It is rightly said by Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, “You can tell the condition of a nation by looking at the status of women.”

Women are the most powerful tool to predict the nation’s status in every aspect. So many names in the world have proved that a woman’s strength is immeasurable. When she makes up her mind to make her journey successful, no one can stop her. By getting inspired by those, every woman can take a step forward and contribute to society with her strength, irrespective of the hardship around her.

So to all the women, when someone says ‘you can’t do it’, don’t stop until you don’t do it and achieve. The future is of women entrepreneurs. Just keep the charm and glow on.
