Students present innovative infographic business plans at a Fincorp competition

Apeejay Institute of Management & Engineering Technical Campus (AIMETC) organised an event titled: ‘FinCorp: An Infographic Competition’ this month in which students participated with great enthusiasm. The competition was conducted by AIMETC’s Finance Club.

On the occasion, future professionals presented interesting business plans using infographic tools, which spoke of their insightful and creative minds. The aim of the competition was to provide students with the opportunity to brainstorm and find out innovative solutions.

The participants were divided into teams. Their thought-provoking presentations were followed by questions from the audience and judges regarding each business plan.

The winners of the event were as follows:

*‘Pedaled EV’ by Tav Prasad Kaur, Kartik Sharma, and Muskan Puri from MBA II won the 1^st prize.

*‘Water Cator’ by Muskan Miglani, Manjeet Kaur Dhingra, and Prateep Sharma from MBA II won the 2^nd prize

*‘Bakeology’ by Arshita and Bhavna from MBA II secured the third position

*Harsh Dubey from MBA I was awarded a consolation prize for ‘Business Opportunity in Remote Areas’

All participants were congratulated by Dr Anu Sahi, convenor of the Finance Club, for their unique ideas. The coordinator of the Finance Club, Dr Hardeep Kaur also praised the teams for their effort.

Dr Rajesh Bagga, director, AIMETC, congratulated the participants for the great infographics on their business plans. He stressed the usage of new-age digital tools for showcasing ideas in a better manner. He appreciated Neha Mishra, president, Finance Club, for organising the event wonderfully. He also congratulated Dr Sahi and Dr Kaur for conceiving the idea of such a competition and executing it successfully.
