On one Saturday afternoon, a photo walk event was organised for the students of Apeejay Institute of Mass Communication (AIMC). Many students from the Advertising and Corporate Communication course went to Majnu Ka Tila to frame the stories through the lens of their cameras.

The event was organised under the supervision of Prof Dr Pijush Dutta.

One of the main reasons for organising this photo walk was to make students practice photography skills and create a story around visuals.

Everyone gathered in front of the Monastery for a brief moment, and soon after that scattered around to click their version of Majnu Ka Tila.

Students covered multiple spots in Majnu Ka Tila capturing the its rich culture. They got the opportunity to see things they haven’t seen before, through the eyes of the lens.

The experience of this photo walk event is inevitable, special, and unique as it binds creative and kindred spirits. Overall, it was a memorable experience. The synergy of students was commendable throughout the event.
