My visit to Delhi

Published

on

This was the first time when I visited Red Fort in Delhi with my family as someone recommended us to be a part of a light and sound show in Red Fort. The name of the show is “Jai Hind”. It was so mesmerising to watch a live show. They use lights and sound and some parts of Red Fort to showcase the whole event. This live show was mainly related to the history of Red Fort, the kings who have ruled the throne of Red Fort, and the freedom fight in which the throne of Red Fort played an important part. One thing that I love to watch is the giant puppets that they use as narrators and King Shah Jahan. I recommend everyone to visit Red Fort and be a part of this live show.

Another place I visited was “Pradhan Mantri Sangrahalaya”. This museum is related to the prime ministers of India from the beginning till today, the museum is a kind of virtual encyclopedia talking about all the Prime Ministers of India and the contributions made by them towards the development of India. The pradhanmantri sangrahalaya is a tribute to every Prime Minister of India since independence. A narrative record of how each one has contributed to the development of our nation over the last 75 years. It is a history of collective effort and powerful evidence of the creative success of India’s democracy.
