My favourite cartoon character and why

Life is like a cartoon

The more expressed,

The more cherished.

The more loved,

The more enjoyed.

Cartoon characters play a significant role in a child’s life. Why? They simply impart valuable lessons in an approachable manner suitable for kid’s .Some convey the message of bravery, while others emphasise respect.

Many parents assume that the famous cartoon character ‘Shin-Chan’ does not add any educational value for   children. However, in my view, there lies an inspiring story behind its creation.

Once in Japan, a child named Shinnosuke Nohara went shopping with his mother and younger sister, named Himawari. Interestingly, Hima couldn’t walk at the time. So, while their mother got done with the shopping, Himawari wandered in front of a bus. At that time, Shin Chin selflessly saved her but tragically lost his life. In this grief, his mother documented the incident through writing and sketches, hoping to preserve her son’s memory.

Later on, devastated by the loss, she fell into depression. Then some cartoon producers found her self-written narratives and created the cartoon character Shin-chan based on that child without revealing the true inspiration behind it. This story reminds all that good deeds leave a lasting legacy.  Even after all this  time, people  remember and give credit to the young boy who lost his life doing something good Today, he remains alive in Shin-chan the hearts of millions of children.

He has been depicted exactly how he was by the producers of Shin-chan. He was helpful, funny, humble, and naughty and loved to spread smiles. He taught the world how to walk upon the prickles of the road of life with happiness and a touch of mischief. This is why Shin-chan holds a special place in my heart as a favourite cartoon character. Lastly I would conclude by sharing, “Live your life like Shin-chan, enjoy it to the fullest, and understand your responsibilities.”
