For Ramit Tejpal, a PGDM student at Apeejay School of Management, the opportunity to intern at Marketing & Development Research Associates (MDRA) was a transformative experience. His journey into the world of market research not only enhanced his analytical skills but also provided him with valuable industry insights. A Hands-on Learning Experience

“I was thrilled to be a part of a live project with MDRA!” Ramit exclaims. “This internship allowed me to work on real-world challenges, conduct market research, and contribute to impactful projects. It was an opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in a professional setting and develop essential skills in market analysis.”

Ramit credits Apeejay School of Management for facilitating this opportunity. “The college played a pivotal role in connecting me with MDRA. The selection process was conducted online, where I was interviewed on topics like CRM, customer service, and market research. Based on my responses, I was selected for the role.”

Responsibilities and Challenges

As a Marketing Research Intern, Ramit primarily worked on secondary market research and client onboarding. His tasks involved analysing market trends, gathering data, and providing insights that helped businesses make informed decisions.

While the experience was enriching, it also came with its share of challenges. “The work environment was normal, but the timings were quite hectic,” Ramit admits.
