How we used IMC Tools for a project

Recently, my classmates and I participated in a project called, “Village Darshan”. This activity helped us understand how a campaign is build at the grass-root level. From seeking the big idea to taking the whole Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) tools together, we were required to think holistically for this campaign.

In this project, we surveyed different villages to gain an insight into the lifestyle of the villagers. We took the help of Internet marketing to create awareness about the problems faced by them. Further, we built a PSA and a docu-drama for an advertisement.

For direct marketing, we also went door-to-door and distributed pamphlets. In addition to this, we also took care of the social media marketing aspect by connecting more people through various social media platforms.
