How to manage exam stress

As students, we are constantly under the pressure of exams. According to my mom, without this pressure we would never have studied or embraced a new concept. Therefore, exams are an essential ‘evil.’ Now, what cannot be cured has to be endured with grace and composure. So, let me give you some tips and tricks on how I manage my exams.

1. I paste all my syllabus on a pin board in my room to systematically tackle my subjects. This helps me in identifying my weak chapters and revising them more. I choose difficult subjects when my motivation is high and easier ones for the less energetic time of the day.
2. I typically determine the duration of my break and choose to watch small episodes of any series of about 20- 30 minutes. I make sure to switch off the TV as soon as it concludes. This way, I do not waste time after my break is over.
3. I eat more often during exams to keep good energy. Three full meals and three small snacks like protein shakes egg sandwiches or lassi is part of my diet.
6. I pack my bag for the exams a night prior to avoid the last-minute panic.
7. I make it a point to eat my breakfast before exams
I hope you find these tips helpful.
Best of luck!
