From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with open arms by the team at ICICI Bank. The comprehensive induction process gave me a deep understanding of the bank’s values, culture, and the diverse range of solutions it offers. During my internship, I encountered various unique challenges and learning opportunities. In the retail banking division, I assisted customers with their financial needs, gaining hands-on experience with different financial products and honing my communication skills. In the corporate banking section, I witnessed the complexities of managing large accounts and handling intricate financial transactions. Additionally, I was involved in the strategic client acquisition process of the bank. Customised offerings, regular follow-ups, and best-in-business after-sales services were the foundation of a healthy client-bank relationship.

I was fortunate to have exceptional mentors Mr. Anil Kumar and Dr. Alka Munjal, who were always available to answer my questions and provide guidance. Anil sir was the zonal head, and he not only imparted technical knowledge, but also shared invaluable insights gained from years of experience. Regular feedback sessions helped me identify my strengths and areas for improvement, allowing me to grow as a professional.
