In a mesmerising display of artistic exploration, the School of Design and Visual Arts at Apeejay Stya University (ASU) in Gurugram concluded the second round of its esteemed talk show series, ‘KALPAYATU.’ This event featured an engaging online lecture by the distinguished artist and art educator, Mr. Kumar Tribhovan Jasakiya.

Mr. Jasakiya, renowned for his diverse artistic talents and extensive teaching experience, currently serves at the Department of Painting, Kala-Bhavana, Visva-Bharati University, Santiniketan. With expertise in mediums like painting, printmaking, and photography, he has garnered national and international recognition, including the prestigious Inlaks Fine Art Award in 2008.

The core objective of the ‘KALPAYATU’ talk series is to foster engaging discussions and facilitate exchanges of ideas pertaining to artistic practices and the evolution of visual language. With Mr. Jasakiya’s presence in the second episode, students of the School of Design and Visual Arts were promised an enriching experience.
