School time is the best phase in every student’s life as they make new friends and learn new things while building a strong foundation for their career. And one of the first and biggest stepping stones towards career building is appearing for the class 10 board exams.

Board exams can be overwhelming for the students, and hence to relieve stress and keep them motivated, Apeejay School, Kharghar recently organised a special assembly for the students of class 10. The juniors gave a warm welcome to their seniors. The principal, coordinator and teachers showered their blessings to the students appearing for the board exams.

The event began with prayer followed by the special speeches by Aryan Sinha and Mahathi of class 10, where they shared their experience of 12 years with school.

Further, the students enjoyed the day reminiscing about the time spent together. The juniors sang popular farewell songs for their seniors, which made everyone emotional. Their dance performance not only enthralled everyone, but made the atmosphere lively.

Mrs Tejaswini Katdare, Principal of Apeejay School, Kharghar gave an inspirational speech along with some tips for the exam and life at large. She asked the students to face challenges with confidence, to accept failures with a promise to achieve success, to have patience and to do their best. She also wished them well for their future endeavours.

As a memento, the juniors gave hand-made bookmarks to all the students of class 10.

In the end, the flashback memories were shared via a powerpoint presentation, with very heart touching lines. The function ended with good wishes and lots of memories.
