A boutique pre-school that strives to help children excel in reaching their developmental milestones, Apeejay Rhythms Kinderworld, Greater Kailash – II was recently honoured with the ScooNews Outstanding Leader Award in Experiential Education 2022.

With the best of faculty and avant-garde infrastructure, the pre-school inculcates learning by doing, thinking and exploring. Their pedagogy is simple as it is practical, realistic, interactive and sensory-based. Not just that, it is balanced with teaching human values at a young age, keeping in mind the social and emotional development of children.

By maintaining the spirit of a healthy partnership with the parent community, the school transforms students into life-long learners. To inculcate their active participation, Rhythms Kinderworld is known for hosting an array of activities, Inter-school competitions and events. “Through these, children learn to exchange thoughts, ideas, negotiate, assign and recognise duties, tasks and roles,” says Ms. Komal Nathani, Headmistress.

As experiential learning is all about discovering, creating, exploring and interacting with the world and people around you, the institution has the best of educators who are enablers of experiential techniques. “Children have an instinctive desire to learn and their natural curiosity is attracted to anything they are unfamiliar with. This becomes a powerful tool for us to maximise a child’s potential since we believe that each child is unique. Experiential learning is the answer to helping children pay attention to things and concepts which they have not yet discovered,” adds Nathani.
