The scary doll

Once, there was a girl named Ava. She was alone at home as her parents were out for some work. It was night time and clouds were thundering outside. Ava was feeling dull as she was alone. So, she thought of watching television but when she turned on the TV, the lights went out. She got scared and tried to reach for the candle, but a crackling sound made her nervous.
 
Suddenly, someone from back tried to grab her leg and it was not a person but a doll. Ava ran to save her life but the possessed doll seemed to chase her. She ran to her room and locked the door and took a sigh of relief.  She  was  thinking  she  was  safe but  the  creepy  doll  was watching her from the top of the wall.
 
As soon as she saw the wall, she got scared and left the room. After some time, when she woke up, she saw her friends and family laughing at her. One of her friends said, “It was a remote control doll and we were just trying to prank you.” She was happy to know that it was all fake.
 
Next morning, when they woke up, they couldn’t find the doll. Ava’s friend’s phone rang and her uncle said, “Did you like the doll,” her friend said, “You mean, the remote control doll?”
 
The uncle laughed and said, “No dear, it was not a remote control doll.”
