Young Talent: ‘Always listen to your teachers to succeed in life’

This young prodigy from Apeejay School, Mahavir Marg asserts that all the teachers are very special and loving

This wonder child credits all the success to her teachers. She firmly believes that when one follows their teachers religiously, achievements in life follows. Meet Kirat Kaur, who was promoted to class VI recently at Apeejay School, Mahavir Marg.

“I was always confident of scoring good marks because I studied hard for that. Moreover, I believe that I couldn’t have accomplished this without the efforts of my teachers. They will stand irreplaceable in my life. All my doubts were also cleared by my teachers and I listened to everything my teachers asked me to do,” said the 10-year-old.

The best part about school, she shared is how all the teachers teach her different subjects. “I am amazed to see such vast knowledge that each teacher possesses here. There is always so much to learn from each one of them. Besides that there are so many opportunities available at the school,” expressed Kirat.

Her favourite subjects, the young girl stated are Math and Science. “The only reason I like these subjects is because the more I practice them, the more I can score in each of these subjects. They are very high scoring subjects. At home my mother and my sister help me study and they always solve any problems I face in any subject,” she said.

“Apart from studies I have keen interest in learning dance, karate, yoga and SUPW workshops. They help me to understand and learn many things about life and I feel my viewpoint has expanded after experiencing these co-curricular activities,” she quipped.

In conclusion, Kirat says her most favourite shows on TV is cartoon network. “I love watching Shinchan, Doremon and similar cartoon shows. They are funny and entertaining to the core. I mostly watch them while eating my favourite pizza.”
