Personality development is pivotal for college students as it molds their demeanor, communication, and interpersonal skills. A well-developed personality not only enhances self-confidence but also contributes significantly to career growth. Employers value individuals with strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills, all nurtured through personality development. It enables students to navigate professional challenges, adapt to diverse work environments, and stand out in the competitive job market. Ultimately, a robust personality is a catalyst for personal fulfillment, leadership roles, and long-term success in the dynamic landscape of the professional world.

Apeejay Stya University (ASU) Gurugram is always a step ahead in grooming its students to be well prepared in handling the challenges of the real world. Therefore, the University recently hosted a special session on professional development programmes.

The two sessions were planned and conducted by Right Side Story in collaboration with P&G at ASU campus.

As part of the professional development programme, the partners had designed two special initiatives “Be Your Own Boss or BYOB” for female students of higher education institutions and “The MBA (Mind Body Action) Program” for male students.

1 –  Personality Development
2 –  Responsible Adulthood
3 –  Effective Communication & Networking
4 –  Holistic Health & Wellness
5 –  Certificate of Participation

For males, the “MBA Program” included:

1 –  Personality Development
2 –  Grooming Regimen
3 –  Mental Health & Wellness

All in all, the programmes have been designed to empower young adults while building on their confidence and instilling a sense of the need of holistic development to achieve success in their professional journey.
