In prestigious South Delhi, resides a remarkable young talent — Aahana Mathur, a student of class MYP-IV (class IV) at Apeejay School International, South Delhi.

The 10-year-old is already making waves in the literary world. At such a young age, she has captured hearts with her extraordinary feat and has authored not one, not two, but a staggering 10 books, all centred around her beloved companion, Milly, the dog.

We had the pleasure of visiting Aahana at her home for an exclusive interview, where she graciously shared insights into her literary journey as we sat in her cozy room adorned with bookshelves filled with her creations, her enthusiasm was palpable.

Her meticulous attention to detail was amazing; not only does she write her stories, but she also meticulously edits them and ensures an active set of illustrations, showcasing a level of dedication and skill far beyond her years.

Throughout the interview, Aahana regaled us with tales of her adventures with Milly, the inspiration behind her books. Certain shots captured her and Milly together, their bond evident in every frame, adding a charming touch to the narrative. As we delved deeper into her creative process, the young author’s passion for storytelling became increasingly evident. Her eyes sparkled with excitement as she recounted the joys and challenges of bringing her characters to life on the page.

Her journey serves as a testament to the boundless imagination and talent that exists within children. With remarkable achievements at such a young age, there’s no telling how far Aahana’s literary career will take her. One thing is for certain – the world has not heard the last of from extraordinary young author and her faithful companion, Milly.

As they say, age is not a limit! It’s never too soon nor too late to start anything.
