Apeejay schools recently hosted a career fair for senior students to help them discover new-age educational courses and career choices. The career fairs were held at Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park, and Apeejay School, Saket.

Universities from across the globe participated in the fair to showcase the opportunities they respectively provide to make students future ready. These included Queen’s University, University of Toronto, Southern Cross University, Mcmaster University, University of British Columbia, University of Guelph, Nova Southeastern University, University of Groningen, Northumbria University, and University of Alberta. Each of the universities came forth with an array of interesting courses for the trendsetters of tomorrow.

At Apeejay Panchsheel Park, 155 students registered for the career fair while 190 students registered at Apeejay Saket. The latter also opened it for students from other nearby schools.

Encouraging students, the principal of Apeejay Saket, Sujeet Eric Mesih said, “The famous lines of an Urdu couplet go: ‘Kyon darein zindagi mein kya hoga, kuch na hua to tajurba hoga’! Life gives you unique opportunities, never feel nervous to experiment!”

The fair was organised by Hayden & Reynott (H&R), a study abroad solution provider. Students also availed of on-spot counselling by the H&R team—there were about 35 students from Apeejay Panchsheel Park and 20 from Apeejay Saket respectively.

Both the career fairs turned out to be very successful with impressive footfall. The students went home with valuable insights about study abroad programmes.
