Choosing a school that emphasises holistic development ensures students receive a well-rounded education. This approach nurtures academic skills and emotional, social, and physical growth, preparing them for future challenges and fostering a lifelong love of learning, Dr Himika Chawla, mother of Shuarya Jain, a student of class I at Apeejay School, Saket, says in an impromptu conversation.
“The Sports Guru is also a great addition as well. Recently, Shaurya joined the Special Interest Club adding to his overall personality development.” the mother shared.
How has your child’s journey been thus far?

I am pleased with the school’s focus on security and the responsibility they hold towards the students. It gives me confidence that the environment is safe for my child’s growth. In the last three years, I’ve seen great progress in his studies, which further reassures me. I believe in letting children develop at their own pace. I’ve noticed how smoothly they adjust to transitions, which has been a significant help.
How is the teacher interaction?
It is good. The teachers communicate very well, and I’ve had positive interactions and good coordination with them so far. My child has been doing well, and I’ve never had any complaints from him.
Does he like going to the school?
Initially, every child can be a bit fussy, and he was no exception. However, once he got comfortable, he grew to love the school environment.
What kind of activities does enjoys?

He enjoys outdoor games more, and I can relate to that. After all, spending the entire day just studying can get a bit monotonous. That’s why he’s actively involved in the Sports Guru Club, where he gets to engage in his favourite activities.
Does the school take your concern and feedback into consideration?
Yes. And I think it is a great step! The teachers are incredibly attentive. I’ve always been really fond of his teachers, and despite having 40 students, she is remarkably aware of each one. She knows everything about her students, and if you bring something up, it’s almost certain she’s already aware of it.
Would you recommend this school to other parents?
Absolutely, without a doubt!
