Sugandha Kumari, who is pursuing a post-graduate diploma in management (PGDM) from Apeejay School of Management (ASM), has bagged an excellent job offer from ICICI Bank. What will your job profile at ICICI Bank be?

I have been chosen for the position of deputy manager.

How did ASM help you prepare for the job interview?

Apeejay allotted mentors in my first semester who helped me prepare for the group discussion and personal interview. They also helped me to build my interpersonal skills and boost my confidence level by giving me challenges that one could potentially face in the corporate world. They always enriched me with all the new market updates.

Would you say ASM has made you industry-ready?

Through internships, live projects, and other opportunities for experiential learning, ASM offers students the chance to acquire real-world experience, in addition to a solid academic base. What help did you get from the placement cell?

The placement cell organised many training sessions like mock interviews. They provided us with a brief background knowledge of the company that came for recruitment and cleared all my doubts about the company and the placement rounds.

What was your overall experience at ASM like?

The curriculum at ASM is known for its business focus and academic excellence. The professors are extremely skilled and bring a variety of experiences and knowledge to the classroom. To create a dynamic and interactive learning atmosphere in the classroom, they combine traditional methods of teaching with modern technology.
