This Jalandhar school organises a family fun-day event

To encourage sportsmanship among students from an early age, Apeejay School, Tanda Road, Jalandhar recently organised a ‘Family Fun Day’ for the pre-primary students and their parents.

The guest for the day was Ms Ruchi Vij, Principal of New Kids Garden Play Way, and Ms Deepti Kaushal, Coordinator of the school, who took the stage to appreciate the efforts of students and congratulated the parents.

The tiny tots of the pre-primary wing as well as other play  schools participated in all activities with full zeal and enthusiasm.

Gearing up their enthusiasm, the school conducted various exciting races and games like hurdle race, hoopla balls, drive safe, read the map and fix the flag, and more. Students and their parents enjoyed various games and had great fun at the event.

During the event, the participants were divided into three categories- Little Strider, Stunner Runner and Shiny Sprinter. The young learners experienced new and challenging activities and unfolded their various skills to play different games. They could be seen cheering their parents with a lot of excitement.

Deepti Kaushal, Coordinator of the school said, “Family fun day, an inclusive and joyful event was organised for tiny tots and their family. The kids and their parents enthusiastically participated in various fun and mind games. The day gave them beautiful memories to cherish.”

Towards the end of the programme, prizes were distributed to the winners. Parents of the children expressed heartfelt gratitude and appreciation towards the school for organising the event. It was truly a special day for all.
