Apeejay Rhythms Kinderworld Jalandhar student Nekfateh Singh’s mother Mandeep Kaur says what she likes best about the school is the friendly nature of the teachers. “They make you feel like family,” she says in an interview. Read on to know more about her experience with the teachers:

Nekfateh Singh is studying in lower kindergarten now. What made you enroll him in Apeejay?

First, the school is very close to our house. Second, we got good feedback about the school from our acquaintances. We wanted a school that would take good care of our child, for which Apeejay turned out to be the right choice. Right from the time Nekfateh was enrolled in the school, the teachers have been very caring and loving towards him. When we went for admission, we found the teachers to be very friendly and supportive, which is what encouraged us to opt for Apeejay.

What has your interaction with the teachers been like?

Whether we have some suggestions or doubts, the teachers are always there to address the issues. They listen to all parents patiently and also share timely, useful feedback. I have no complaints. Nekfateh’s academic session has just started so we are looking forward to offline parent-teacher meetings.

What has Nekfateh learned so far?

My son loves to participate in co-curricular activities like sports and dance. He is also doing well in academics, be it learning phonics, reading, or writing. It is good to see how he is progressing.

How do teachers keep students engaged in the classroom?

From playing educational games to showing audio-visual clips, the online classes were kept as interesting as possible. I am hopeful that the teachers will continue using these methods in the offline classes as well.
