Students at this school delivered stellar performances in English Declamation

The much-awaited English Declamation Competition for the students from Classes V to VIII was held at Apeejay School, Tanda Road in Jalandhar. The event observed enthusiastic participation and showcased the inherent ability of the young learners to articulate their thoughts on various significant and thought-provoking topics.

The competition has been based on a very broad spectrum of topics that instilled in the children the propensity to go truly deep into issues of contemporary relevance. The participants have proved their eloquence as well as the depth of understanding on themes like the power of positive thinking, the importance of recycling, the role of youth in shaping the future, the importance of preserving heritage and tradition, mental health awareness, the importance of space exploration, and importance of critical thinking in today’s world.

All the participants were very composed and confident, and their speeches were not only researched but also delivered with passion. The ability to elaborate and argue some very complicated ideas by high school students was really impressive.

Be it the students talking about the environmental challenges of waste or the importance of Mental health Awareness, the students addressed every topic with commendable maturity.

The school coordinator, Ms Deepti Kaushal, felicitated all the student participants who had performed very well. She extended special praise to the students for representing their views wisely and confidently. She complimented that their every word stepped forward after much exploration and hard work.
