What was your preparation like?

I scored 95.6% with 99/100 in English which is the highest score in the school. It was the result of hard work, sincerity and dedication throughout the year. My preparation included detailed revisions and consistent practice of the questions from each topic, the main focus, being on NCERT.  I solved a couple of sample papers of each subject to get a better understanding and feel of the board papers.

Which stream have you taken ahead and what are your plans?

I have opted for the Science stream; the subjects include Physics, Chemistry, Math, English and Physical Education. I am also preparing for IIT-JEE and planning to pursue BTech ahead.

How did the teachers at Apeejay support you?

My teachers at Apeejay have been very supportive and contributed towards my success in the Boards. Their teaching, guidance, encouragement and commitment towards seeking excellence have played a key role in helping me put all my efforts in the right direction and put my best in the exams. Whenever I had doubts, they were easily approachable and were in constant touch, during the preparation time.

Which extracurricular activities do you enjoy at school?

In class X, I was the class representative and was also a part of the basketball school team and a member of the school interactive club. All these school activities helped rejuvenate me and accelerated my skills in learning time management. This helped me to juggle between studies and extracurricular activities. Now, in class XI, I’m a member of the school prefectural board and highly committed towards my duties and responsibilities.

How has your journey been at school so far?

I have been studying in this prestigious school since nursery. Apeejay has always been my second home. The immense support, guidance, encouragement, love and care from teachers have helped in inculcating good values and shaped my personality so that I could become a better human being.

Message for students appearing for class X Boards next year.

Stay focused, and consistent. Do not take stress or pressure and put in our 100%. Don’t leave any stone unturned in delivering your best for Boards. Remember, hard work always pays well.
