Read edited excerpts here.
What was your preparation like?
I scored 95% in my class X Board exams. My formal preparation was based on a 3R strategy – Read, Revise and Repeat. It lasted over four months before the final exams with re-reading the chapters, practising extra questions, and solving sample papers. Plus my time management and coaching classes added to the subject understanding and revision work.

Which stream have you taken ahead and what are your plans?
I have opted for the Humanities stream which includes subjects like Economics, Political Science, History, Psychology, English, and Applied Maths. I hope to see myself working as a Geo-political professional, working with the government ministries. Perhaps going further into Political Sciences with International Relations and Economics. Something associated with Psychology might excite me too.
How did the teachers help you?
I have been studying at Apeejay School, Noida since the nursery. All of my teachers have been extremely supportive, and encouraging and have been a guiding light towards all my achievements. They have helped me at every step, always believed in my capabilities, and always motivated and provided me with the correct platforms to learn and shine. This helped me build my personality and keep improving myself.
Which extracurricular activities do you enjoy at school?
Public speaking is something that I enjoy the most. Whether conducting the assemblies on special occasions, debates, elocutions or street plays, I have participated actively in many such competitions. Painting, singing and dancing are also certain activities I find delightful to do.
How has your journey been at school so far?
Well, the 13-year-long journey has been amazing so far with several memories of winning and losing competitions, academic achievements, bonding with teachers and having fun with friends. It’s going to be overwhelming next year when I will be leaving all the lovely school memories behind.

Message for students appearing for class X Boards next year.
My message to the students appearing for class X Boards is – to try and create a balance between too much or too little stress for studies. Have a timetable, learn, revise, and repeat. Make sure you are taking time to relax your mind in whichever way you want.
