Addressing the participants, Director Principal Dr. Neha Sharma underscored the relevance of yoga in today’s fast-paced world. Highlighting its benefits, she encouraged everyone to integrate yoga into their daily lives to achieve a healthier, more balanced, and purposeful lifestyle.
