Pre-primary students mark International Tiger Day
A colourful lesson in wildlife protection as young minds of Apeejay School, Kharghar, learn why this big cat matters
International Tiger Day became a lively learning experience for the Pre-primary students of Apeejay School, Kharghar. Nursery, Junior KG, and Senior KG students took part in the celebration with great enthusiasm. The activities helped the young learners understand more about tigers, their habitats, and the need to protect wildlife.
The children created colourful tiger masks as part of the celebration. The activity gave them a chance to use their imagination while staying connected to the theme of the day. It also made the learning experience enjoyable and easy to understand for the young participants.
Learning through creativity
As they worked on their masks, the students were introduced to interesting facts about tigers and the places where they live.
