Let us hear what the budding creative being has to offer.  Read edited excerpts:

Aahana, when did you start drawing?
I’ve been drawing ever since I could hold a pencil. It’s something I love deeply, and it gives me immense joy and satisfaction.

Which art form is your favorite and why?
My favorite art form is one that allows me to relax, feel empowered, and escape into my imagination. I love that it lets me create a visual representation of my thoughts to share with the world.

How does your school support you as an artist?
My school provides me with the freedom to explore various art forms, which greatly enhances my creativity and allows me to grow as an artist.

What is your definition of art?
Defining art has always been a challenge, but to me, it can be summed up in two words: creativity and intent.

How much time does it take you to complete one artwork? What are the common ideas and themes?
It usually takes me around two hours to complete an artwork with detailing. My drawings often start with random ideas, which I then develop into something that I hope can be called a masterpiece.

What are your upcoming artworks?
My upcoming work will be sports-themed, inspired by the Olympic Games Paris 2024. As a professional skater, I’m looking forward to creating artworks that focus on skating.

Is there a new art form you wish to learn?
I’m eager to explore more realistic and 3D artwork, especially using different shading techniques to add depth and dimension.

What other hobbies do you have apart from art?
Aside from art, I love reading mystery books, doing hip-hop dance, and skating.
