How did ASM and the teachers help you prepare for this journey?

Apeejay School of Management played a significant role in shaping my professional skills and preparing me for placements. The faculty members were always supportive and guided us through mock interviews, aptitude preparation, group discussions, and personality development sessions.

How did you prepare for this placement process?

My preparation focused on improving communication skills, understanding industry requirements, strengthening my technical and management concepts, and practicing interview questions. I also participated in mock interviews and worked on my resume. Additionally, my internship experience helped me gain practical exposure and confidence while facing placement interviews.

What skills are important to crack placement rounds?

The most important skills include strong communication, confidence, problem-solving ability, teamwork, adaptability, and a positive attitude. Candidates should also have good knowledge of their domain, be well-prepared with their resume, and demonstrate professionalism during interviews and group discussions.

Your future aspirations?

My goal is to build a successful career in event management and operations while continuously learning and growing professionally. I aspire to take on leadership responsibilities in the future, contribute to organisational success, and develop expertise in managing large-scale projects and business operations.
