Mop-up round registration available for DU UG

The University of Delhi (DU) has initiated a mop-up round for undergraduate (UG) admissions, offering a final opportunity for students to secure seats in select programmes and colleges. The list of vacant seats was made available on September 27, 2024, at 5 pm, on the official DU admissions website, admissions.uod.ac.in.

Students can submit their applications from September 30 (5 pm) until October 2, 2024 (11:59 pm). The admissions process, including college selections, will take place from October 3 (2 pm) to October 5 (5 pm). The final date for fee payment is October 6, 2024, by 5 pm.

To apply, candidates must visit the official portal at ugadmission.uod.ac.in/mopup, complete the registration process, and provide accurate academic information. They can select their preferred programs and colleges and wait for college approval to proceed with fee payment and finalise their admission. You are advised to download and keep a copy of the confirmation page for future reference.

The registration fee for General, EWS, and OBC-NCL candidates is Rs 250, while SC/ST/PwBD candidates will pay Rs 100. Students previously registered through the CSAS portal are exempt from paying the fee.

Admissions are based on merit, as per the programme-specific eligibility criteria. The mop-up round provides students who have not secured admission earlier with a final chance to join various undergraduate programmes at DU.
