‘Maa, you are my safest place’

Dear Maa,

On this Mother’s Day, I want to take a moment to thank you—not just for everything you do, but for everything you are.

You have always been my first teacher, my strongest support, and my safest place. Whether it was waking up early to pack my tiffin, staying up late when I was sick, or simply listening to me when I needed someone—your love has never known limits. You taught me to be kind, strong, and honest, even when life was tough.

I may not say it often, but every little thing you do for me means the world. From the way you remember the tiniest details of my day to the silent prayers you make for my success—your love is the reason I keep moving forward with strength and confidence.

I just want to say thank you, Maa. Thank you for believing in me even when I didn’t believe in myself. Thank you for your sacrifices, your patience, and your endless love.

No matter where life takes me, I know that your blessings will always guide me. I hope I can make you as proud as I am to be your child.
