Recently, Apeejay School, Tanda Road, witnessed a delightful celebration of literature and imagination as students of Classes I and II participated in a vibrant fancy dress competition as part of the Literary Week. The event was thoughtfully curated to commemorate the birth anniversary of William Shakespeare, introducing young learners to the timeless world of literary greats engagingly and memorably.
The young participants took to the stage dressed as iconic literary personalities, bringing alive the spirit and essence of celebrated writers through their costumes, expressions, and confident presentations. From the classic elegance of Jane Austen to the powerful presence of Arundhati Roy and the poetic grace of Sarojini Naidu, each portrayal reflected careful preparation and a budding appreciation for literature.
