If you see it in your mind, you will hold it in your hand’

It is said that hard work is the only key to success. And, I too, believe that working hard is necessary for achieving our dreams. But if hard work is surrounded by negative thoughts, then one cannot achieve what they want.

A study states that positive thinking is good for the immune system. It reduces anxiety, depression and boosts good emotions. And, mental and physical health are necessary for performing well. So, to work for our dream, whether it is studying for a competitive exam or practicing badminton day and night, we should be motivated.

A quote that I read recently in the novel ‘The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari’ comes to my mind. It says, “Things happen twice, once in your mind and then in reality.” A book, ‘The Secret’ by Rhonda Byrne, also made me aware about the secret to life that is the law of attraction.

This law simply implies that if we attract positivity in our life then we will get positive results. Also, attracting negative leads to negative results. This attraction is only dependent on what you think.

It also says that one should not think about what they don’t want in life. Instead, they must focus on what they want. This will generate happiness and efficiency.

Famous personalities like Shakespeare, Newton, Edison and Einstein, just to name a few, believed in positive thinking. Their positive mind and happy hard work was responsible for making them reach the pinnacle of success.

In a nutshell, hard work cannot give positive results until you are a positive person. At last, I would like to come to an end with this quote:
