Kargil Diwas celebrated virtually at Apeejay School, Noida

To commemorate India’s war victory against Pakistan and pay tribute to the martyrs at Kargil, Apeejay School, Noida virtually celebrated ‘Kargil Vijay Diwas’ on July 26. The students recited patriotic poems with fervour and zeal and celebrated the selfless efforts of the Indian soldiers.

By sharing an inspirational video with the students, teachers enlightened them about our Kargil heroes, and further reiterated that patriotism is a social value that be must be imbibed as well as upheld. The school Principal, Mr. Ak Sharma and Vice-Principal, Ms. Amrita Hajela interacted with students across classes, encouraging them to contribute towards the betterment of the country.

The celebration was to spread the message that it is the duty of each citizen to remember and acknowledge the sacrifices of the Kargil martyrs. With it, we must renew our gratitude for the Indian soldiers stationed at our borders due to whom we can continue living our lives uninterrupted.
