Joyous Teej festivities illuminate Apeejay School, Tanda Road, Jalandhar

The vibrant festival of Teej was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Apeejay School, Tanda Road, Jalandhar. Students from the pre-primary wing and classes 1 & 2  along with their mothers, actively participated in the festivities, making the event a memorable one. The school grounds were transformed into a festive fair with bangles stalls, mehndi stalls, and food stalls adding to the charm of the celebration.

Ms. Deepti Kaushal, the coordinator of the school, congratulated all the mothers on Teej’s occasion, emphasizing the importance of cultural celebrations in nurturing young minds.

The program commenced with the Budding Stars Fashion Walk, where students from
Pre-Nursery to Class 2 dazzled the audience with their ramp walk. The Tiny Tots Dance Gala followed this, showcasing delightful dance performances by the pre-primary students.

Adding to the excitement, the mothers participated in the Radiance in Motion ramp walk, displaying their grace and elegance. The Tiny Dancers Showcase saw Class 1 and 2 students putting on a splendid dance performance, capturing the hearts of everyone present.

One of the highlights of the event was the Warli Art Challenge, where participants exhibited their artistic skills. The Folk Melody Fiesta filled the air with traditional tunes, and the game of ‘Sithniyan’ added a fun and interactive element to the celebration. The Teej celebration at  the school was a perfect blend of tradition, fun, and community spirit, leaving everyone with cherished memories of the day.
