Registration for JEE Advanced 2026 has officially begun, opening the application window for eligible candidates. Students who have qualified through JEE Main 2026 can now apply online via the official website. According to the official schedule, candidates can submit their application forms until May 2, 2026, while the deadline for fee payment is May 4, 2026.

Applicants are advised to complete the process well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues due to heavy website traffic. The application process is entirely online. Candidates must log in using their JEE Main credentials, fill in personal and academic details, and upload required documents, including photographs, signatures, and category certificates where applicable.

After completing the form, applicants must pay the prescribed fee and download the confirmation page for future reference.

Eligibility for JEE Advanced 2026 requires candidates to be among the top 2.5 lakh rank holders in JEE Main 2026. Applicants must have been born on or after October 1, 2001 (with relaxation for reserved categories) and should have appeared for Class 12 exams in 2025 or 2026 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

The application fee is Rs 3,200 for general category candidates, while female, SC, ST, and PwD candidates are required to pay Rs 1,600.

The JEE Advanced 2026 exam is scheduled to be conducted on May 17, 2026. As one of India’s most competitive engineering entrance exams, it serves as the gateway to the prestigious Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).

Candidates are encouraged to regularly check the official website for updates on admit cards and exam guidelines after completing their registration.
