Implementing direct marketing for event promotion

Apeejay Institute of Mass Communication (AIMC) recently organised the 13th Edition of the ‘International We Care Film Festival.’ The theme of this event was ‘Issue of Disability.’

This festival was a two-day event in collaboration with Brotherhood, an internationally recognised NGO, UNESCO and UN Information Centre. The festival was attended by many media students from various media colleges.

At the event, we pitched to several companies for sponsorship and organised a painting and photography competition. We also did social media marketing on various platforms.

Direct marketing was also a part of the event in which we visited colleges and universities to promote our event. We conducted a press conference and published a press release on our website.
