Krati Trivedi is an Apeejay Institute of Mass Communication alumnus. Currently, she is working at Innocean Worldwide India as an account management trainee and manages the client servicing adeptly, owing to her excellent communication skills.

In  an informal interview, the former Advertising and Marketing communications student speaks about her aspirations of working with big brands in the fashion and cosmetics industry. Edited excerpts:

What does a day at the office look like?

My day starts with compiling all the work with regard to the various brands we work with. I am working on Valvoline, the engine oil brand. So, I focus on that and along with that there are other associated works.

What inspired you to join this field of work?

I like client servicing. I know that communication is my forte. I am good at convincing people. I also like to research and know about topics or the subjects at hand in depth. All this helped me realise that this is my field.

Tell us about your best memories from AIMC days?

I was a part of the batch of 2022. Christmas Carnival Fest and the Synergy Fest were the best days at AIMC. These two fests were simply a beautiful experience. What an amazing time!

One life lesson for current AIMC students?

It is a great institute. Enjoy your time there, everything else will happen as it is supposed to. Everything will fall into place, relax and make the best of your time!

Future targets?

I want to work in the same field with growing investment. I am  interested in cosmetics and fashion. So, I wish to work with the big brands in these fields.
