As the school reopened after the summer break, the teaching faculty came together for Day-1 of the enriching Gyan Sudha Workshops, reaffirming their commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and educational excellence.
The workshops provided a meaningful platform for educators to reflect on their classroom practices, exchange ideas, and explore innovative approaches that can make learning more engaging, inclusive, and impactful for students. With the beginning of a new phase of the academic session, the sessions helped teachers return to their roles with renewed energy, fresh perspectives, and a stronger sense of shared purpose.
The day’s sessions were thoughtfully facilitated by Ms. Nidhi Sharma and Ms. Deepika Datt. Through their insightful presentations, they introduced teachers to practical strategies and contemporary teaching practices that can be effectively integrated into everyday classroom learning. Their sessions encouraged participants to look beyond conventional methods and consider ways to make lessons more interactive, learner-centred, and responsive to the diverse needs of students.

The resource persons highlighted the importance of creating classrooms where students feel encouraged to ask questions, collaborate with peers, think critically, and apply their learning in meaningful contexts. Teachers were also guided on adopting approaches that support active participation, deeper understanding, and holistic development.
The workshops witnessed enthusiastic participation from the faculty members, who engaged in discussions, shared their own experiences, and reflected on the role of educators in shaping confident, curious, and responsible learners. The exchange of ideas created a collaborative learning environment, reinforcing the belief that teachers, too, must continue to learn and evolve in an ever-changing educational landscape.
Day-1 of the Gyan Sudha Workshops set a positive and inspiring tone for the months ahead. It served as a reminder that professional growth is an ongoing journey and that meaningful education is strengthened when teachers work together, learn from one another, and remain open to new possibilities.
As the academic session progresses, the school looks forward to building on the insights gained during these workshops and translating them into enriching learning experiences for every student. With a shared commitment to growth and excellence, the faculty is well prepared to guide learners towards a successful and fulfilling academic year.
