Govt wants to set up school hub in Delhi

The Delhi government on Tuesday said that it is establishing the country’s most advanced government school centre on 11.63 acres in the capital. According to the authorities, the statement explained that in order to give pupils complete education, the school would promote athletics in addition to academics.The building blocks for both specialisations will be separate in this school hub, which was developed with STEM and Humanities in mind. In addition, a stunning Olympic-size swimming pool complex would be developed in the school centre.
In addition to 240 classrooms, 13 labs will be set up with the latest infrastructure. Eight labs dedicated to STEM and five labs dedicated to Humanities. In addition, four libraries for primary and secondary school students will be built here.
