‘For Boards, consistent revision is a must’

Apeejay School, Kharghar students soar high in CBSE Class 10 Board exams

It is the time of the year all students wait most anxiously for:  the Board exam results. And when it comes to results, Apeejay School, Kharghar students never disappoint. The school has continued with its legacy of excellence in academics and the CBSE Class 10 Board exam results mirror the same rightfully.

School topper Anika T Subash secured an unbelievable 99%. Talking about her preparation strategy, she said, “I used to study for around 2.5 hours every day. After the pre-board exams, I started studying for 4 hours daily. The school provided all the students with worksheets and assignments and the pre-board exams gave us the exam practice experience.” 

She further added, “In the practice exams,  I scored 37 out of 40 in Math. It helped me to tackle the silly errors I often made in exams. Therefore, I ended up scoring a perfect 100 in both Math and English.” 

Study Tips: When asked about a piece of advice for the next batch, the school topper emphasied, “I would say consistency is the key and revision is a must. For Science and Math, one must solve the examples the school provides and revise the NCERT textbooks thoroughly.”

Anushka Nitin Joshi, who secured 98.4%, has scored the second highest in the school.  When asked how she did it, she answered, “I studied for around 2-3 hours on normal days and 5-6 hours before the exams. The school helped me a lot. The teachers gave us a lot of practice questions and in the last months, the school resumed for physical classes and that helped a lot.”

The engineering aspirant has taken the non-medical stream for 10+2 and will be preparing for the JEE exams now.
