The Pre-Primary wing of Apeejay Svran Global School celebrated Physical Fitness Day with great enthusiasm, creating a vibrant atmosphere filled with energy, learning, and joyful participation. The event aimed to encourage children to understand the importance of physical fitness, healthy habits, and overall well-being from an early age.

The young learners enthusiastically participated in various fun-filled activities designed to promote fitness and active living. The celebration included engaging games, yoga sessions, stretching exercises, and lively aerobics activities that kept the children energetic and cheerful throughout the day. The colourful and interactive environment made the activities enjoyable while also helping children develop important physical and social skills.

The session began with simple warm-up exercises and stretching activities that encouraged flexibility and body coordination. Guided by their teachers, the children performed yoga postures and breathing exercises with great enthusiasm. The yoga activities helped students learn the importance of concentration, balance, and relaxation while making physical exercise a fun experience for them.

One of the major highlights of the celebration was the aerobics session, where students danced and exercised to energetic music. The children actively followed the movements and enjoyed every moment of the lively activity.
