As part of its commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive work environment, Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park, organised a POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) training for its staff. This initiative is part of the school’s ongoing efforts to promote the professional development of all employees, ensuring they are informed, empowered, and equipped to handle various workplace challenges. The training, which saw participation from teaching, administrative, housekeeping, and transport departments, was a vital step toward reinforcing safety protocols and creating awareness.

The POSH training session was led by Advocate Ms. Akshita, an expert in legal matters concerning workplace harassment. The session began by outlining what constitutes sexual harassment at the workplace, emphasising that harassment is not limited to overt actions but can also include subtle, inappropriate behavior that creates a hostile environment.
