As enshrined in the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 to impart experiential learning to students, Apeejay School, Saket introduced an initiative “Cooking Without Fire”. As a part of their social science learning, students of Class 6 prepared healthy, and colourful food dishes.

Not only did the students get the opportunity to cook food without fire, they also celebrated the rich culinary traditions and vibrant cultural diversity of Bharat. Students were making these dishes under safety and surveillance from teachers.

The event was a wonderful blend of experiential learning, creativity, and teamwork, giving Apeejay students an opportunity to explore India’s rich food heritage in a fun and meaningful way.
